Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) Conference Grants
What are ITC Conference Grants?
One of COST aims is enhancing research collaborations where ideas and people can grow without borders, conference grants are provided to expand the networking potential of the Action. ITC Conference Grants provide support for conference participation of PhD students and Early Career Investigators (ECI) researchers from participating ITCs to attend international science and technology related conferences not specifically organised by the COST Action. ITC Conference Grants are designed to reimburse costs of conferences attended by eligible Action participants.
Open call Deadlines
Applications must be submitted at least 45 days before the Conference start date. After the end of the conference the grantee has to submit the travel documentation (15 days after the end of the event), and a report (within 30 days after the event). The payment of the grant is made after the report has been approved by the MC Chair. The application, attendance at the conference, submission of the report, approval of the report and payment of the grant must start and end during the same Grant Period.
